We offer a range of triathlon coaching services including individual personal coaching programmes, 1 to 1 coached sessions, training days, warm weather training camps in Mallorca and open water swimming. Lead by professional Level 3 BTF coaches Barry Jameson (multiple National, European and World Duathlon and Triathlon Champion) and his son Phil Jameson (Age group competitor at European and World Championships, and sub 20 minute 1500m swimmer) we have been coaching a range of athletes for several years helping them to achieve their individual objectives, from Sprint to Ironman, Novice to Elite, Junior to Senior, we cater for the individual athlete through careful planning and athlete interaction. Weekend race round up -
At Alnwick Sprint Triathlon, Coach Phil Jameson finished 3rd senior and 4th over all while a big group of athletes had a great race. Well done to Nick, Lindsay, Mark, Helen, Tony, Jeff, Helen. Jordan wins Kendal Triathlon

Representing Great Britain in the Powerman European Duathlon championships Richard Parker and Barry Jameson win gold medals in their respective age groups.
London Mini Marathon
Tri4u athletes Bronwen Own was 3rd in the U17 girls category, Fergus Robinson was 70th in the U15 boys, Jack Willis 55th in the U17 boys.
