Training days are open for anyone from a complete beginner to an experienced athlete.  Our focus on passing on our knowledge and making you have a great time.


Junior Triathlon Training Day
Hexham (Northumberland)
Sunday 6th May 2012 (Provisional)

• Swimming session working on speed and technique
• Swim analysis
• Wetsuit swim practice (optional)
• Agility games
• Cycling techniques (on grassed area)
• Transition technique and practice
• Run technique and training session on outdoor track
• Triathlon race practice

• Seminar talks on Nutrition and training preparation
