Personal 1-1 coaching offers you, the athlete with a fantastic opportunity to dramatically
improve your performance by maximising the efficiency of technique and the development
of skill. This does not just have to be for elite athletes. If you are a novice
just learning the basics, a junior wanting to improve, a senior wanting to step up
to the next level or anything in between, we will provide you with a completely personal
A personal CD with video analysis is available for an additional fee on all sessions
and training programmes are available between sessions to focus on key points from
the 1-1 personal coaching.
Barry or Phil will analyse your stroke and offer specific drills to correct technique
and improve efficiency. These drills aim to solve any elements of the stroke develop
your swimming style. We believe in offering a very motivating environment and are
always constructive in the feedback provided.
1-1 Personal Bike coaching can include any thing including:
- Bike Set Up so that you are riding in the correct position
- Technique and Efficiency drills
- Specific Skills to fit your needs (e.g. Gear selection, cornering, hill climbing)
We offer track based running or use different locations to deliver a range of environments.
We can include the following:
- Running Analysis
- Skills and Drills
- Individual focus points to optimise Performance
Open Water swimming in Lakes, Rivers or the Sea. Depending on what is specific to
you we can tailor the session to include some of the skills and drills that can really
make a difference. If you are a novice and are interested in Open Water then this
session is vital. We can cover the following items:
- Specific Skills
- Stroke Technique
- Open Water Swim Efficiency
1-1 Full or half days available to the specification of your choice. The day can
include open water swimming, pool based swimming, cycling, running, strength and
conditioning, advice on training and nutrition. This gives you the opportunity to
experience a greater personal coaching experience. The great thing about this option
is that you control what we cover and we can really help you achieve your goals.
