COACHING PROGRAMMES
Each Athlete will receive the following:
* Macro Plan (Annual Plan) which outlines your training and racing within the year
* Meso Plan (4 week Plan) outlining the number of sessions in a week including training time, volume and intensity zones
* Micro Plan (Daily Plan) detailing specific training sessions for swim, bike and run plus additional strength and conditioning training
* Coach contact via phone or email on a weekly basis to continually adapt the training sessions to help enhance performance
* Nutritional advice for both training and racing
* Injury prevention techniques
* Race day preparation advice and physiological tips
Tri4u coaches, Barry and Philip specialise in unique personal coaching plans which specifically fit around you, the athlete. We provide each athlete with a detailed training programme helping you to achieve your short and long term goals.
