Tri4u Majorca Training Camp

Aparthotel Duva Convention & Spa Center in Puerto Pollensa, Majorca

The CLUB DUVA FITNESS & SPA CENTER HOTEL is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Puerto Pollensa at the base of the Tramuntana mountain range, ideal area for Triathletes. The surrounding area, gardens, terraces, swimming pools, bars and restaurants, together with SPA facilities and a gym, make it an ideal choice for athletes, partners and families at our Tri4u Training camp.

Apartment facilities: Comfortably accommodates 2- 4 people, with secure electronic keys, programmable safety deposit box, direct telephone, satellite TV, radio, music channels, air conditioning/ heating, furnished terraces, kitchenette with electric hob, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, bathroom, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, and a professional 24 hour a day reception service.

Hotel facilities: outdoor and indoor pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, static cycling room, aerobic, pilates, tennis and paddle courts, specialised bike repair area, 5 separate storage cages (20 bikes per cage), washing machine and drier.

· 3 Coached sessions per day including: (all sessions are optional)

· 25m Indoor Heated Swimming Pool (technique)

· Cycling to include Coll de sa Bafalic (over 3000ft), Time Trial and more

· Running in the picturesque country side and at the Athletic Stadium

· Transition Practice

· Sprint Triathlon Training (option of 750m or 1500m swim)

· Presentations in our conference room on Nutrition, structuring your training, swim, run and bike technique, race strategies and tapering for your ultimate goal

· Flights to and from Palma Airport

· Appropriate travel / bike insurance

· Beverages at Hotel Restaurant

· Optional Video analysis for swim and run (additional fee £10)

· Bike Hire (carbon fibre or aluminum) can be arranged if required

The Cost

· Participant (sharing double or twin room): £529

· Participant in single room: £635

· Non-participant (sharing twin or double room): £399
